Privacy Policy

JDH Publishing ("we," "us") operates jdhpublishing.com. This policy describes, in plain language, what information we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you sign up for a free guide or our email list, we collect the information you enter, typically your email address and, if asked, a first name. When you purchase a product, the purchase happens on our storefront hosted by Payhip, which collects the information needed to process the order (such as your email address and payment details handled by their payment processors). We do not see or store your card numbers. Like most websites, this site and the platforms it is built on may set basic cookies needed to function and to measure simple visit statistics.

How we use it

We use your email address to deliver what you asked for (a free guide, a purchase receipt, a download), and to send you our emails about new titles, useful content, and offers, including some offers for third-party services we are affiliated with. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.

Where it lives

Our mailing list is stored with our email platform (Systeme.io). Order records are stored with Payhip. Both act as processors of this data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers just named, which are required to operate the site and store.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any message. You can ask us to delete your information from our mailing list by writing to hello@jdhpublishing.com, and we will action it promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data; write to the same address to exercise them.

Children

This site and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

The content on this site is owned by or licensed to JDH Publishing. You may browse and share links freely; you may not copy, republish, or redistribute site or product content without permission.

Purchases and product licenses

Purchases are processed on our Payhip storefront and are subject to the terms shown at checkout. Every digital product includes a license file describing what you may and may not do with it; in short, products are licensed for personal use and may not be resold or redistributed unless your product's included license expressly says otherwise.

Educational purposes

Everything we publish is for general educational and informational purposes. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or tax advice, and it comes with no guarantee of any particular outcome. See the disclosure section below.

No warranties, limited liability

The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JDH Publishing is not liable for damages arising from use of this site or its content, and any liability connected to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.

Changes

We may update these pages from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Earnings & Affiliate Disclosure

Earnings. Our books, courses, and emails discuss business topics, and business results depend on effort, skill, timing, and circumstances we do not control. We make no promises or projections about money you will or might make, and nothing we publish should be read as one. Assume that most people who buy any educational product, from anyone, apply little of it.

Affiliate relationships. Some of our emails and pages contain affiliate or referral links, including for My Lead Gen Secret and other tools we use in our own business. If you sign up or buy through such a link, we may receive a commission or a benefit (such as additional service features) at no additional cost to you. We link to tools we actually use, and we say so when a link is one of these.
